Exceptionally comfortable bed in guest room with a mini fridge bar, an electronic key card, and TV. Particularly nice views over the gardens and a traditional design. Marvellous location in a nice enough area, right by the town center, which is an easy 20 minute walk, park and the town centre.

I needed a hotel close to Verdal, and this was the closest available. There was some reconstruction ongoing, but did not cause any problem. This is an older hotel which has been upgraded in the past, and could probably do with further upgrade on some of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening buffet.

This place offers a really comfortable experience overall. the property is stunningly beautiful and the rooms are nice and quiet. the location is fantastic too. the food here is outstanding and the staff is super kind. 😊

Good value. Even though there was renovation work being carried out it did not interfere with our break. Included in the price was an evening buffet meal which was the best we had our whole trip. A good location for exploring. We would use this hotel again.
